We’re absolutely delighted to announce the first ever pop-up restaurant in the beautiful surroundings of the East Stables at Bantry House. In conjunction with the Channel 4 show Country House Rescue, world class Irish Chef Richard Corrigan will be cooking a west Cork inspired three courses.
Guests will be greeted with champagne in the Main House on arrival followed by the meal with wine in the Stables. The abundance of renowned and top quality produce from west Cork means that the evening is set to be a gastronomical feast.
The exclusive restaurant is open for one night only on 3rd April and will be served from 7pm. Tickets for the evening are €100 per person and you can even extend your time at Bantry House and book an overnight stay with a 10% discount. Rooms start at €169 and breakfast is included.
